Stock Analyzer AI is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at investormind.stock@gmail.com and we will delete that information promptly.
We do not direct the App to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
When you sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In (powered by Firebase Authentication), we receive:

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. This includes:
Firebase Analytics data is collected in aggregate and pseudonymized form. We use this data to improve the App — not to build individual advertising profiles.
AI-generated research reports you request are stored in Firebase Storage as markdown files. Reports are linked to your Firebase UID and accessible only via time-limited signed URLs. We do not sell or share your individual report content.
Stock ticker symbols you add to your watchlist are stored locally on your device and also synced to our servers, linked to your Firebase UID, so your watchlist is preserved across devices and app reinstalls. Watchlist data is deleted when you delete your account.
If you enable push notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) assigns your device a registration token. We use this token solely to send you notifications about report completion. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat receives:
RevenueCat does not receive your full payment card details. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your account data and report files within 30 days. Some purchase records may be retained longer where required by applicable tax or financial law.

To delete your account: use Settings > Account > Delete Account in the App, or email investormind.stock@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion Request." Deletion is permanent. You must separately cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play to stop future billing.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including Firebase Security Rules, time-limited signed URLs, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your data may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. For EEA/UK users, such transfers are conducted subject to appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
The App may display links to external websites for informational context. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party website.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
