These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Stock Analyzer AI ("we," "us," "our"), the developer of the mobile application published on the Apple App Store and Google Play as "Thesis: AI Stock Research" ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Stock Analyzer AI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the App and must uninstall it immediately.
IMPORTANT: READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
Stock Analyzer AI is an informational and educational tool only. Nothing in the App — including any AI-generated research reports, stock ratings (STRONG BUY, BUY, HOLD, SELL, STRONG SELL), analysis, commentary, price targets, or any other content — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of investment returns or performance.
We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or licensed financial professional of any kind.
Past patterns identified by AI analysis do not guarantee future results. Investing in stocks involves significant risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment. You should conduct your own research, consult a qualified licensed financial advisor, and make investment decisions independently of anything provided by this App.
You acknowledge and agree that any investment or trading decision you make based on content from this App is made entirely at your own risk.
All research reports generated by the App are created by artificial intelligence systems. You acknowledge that:
Reports are provided "as is" for informational purposes only.
To use the App, you must sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your account, notify us immediately of unauthorized access at investormind.stock@gmail.com, and accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create accounts on behalf of others, share accounts, or use automated systems to create or access accounts.
New users receive 1 free report credit upon account creation. This free credit expires 30 days after your account is created. Expired free credits cannot be restored.
One (1) credit is deducted each time you successfully request and receive an AI research report, whether the report is freshly generated or retrieved instantly from our shared report pool. Credits are deducted upon delivery of the report, not at the time of request submission.
If the App's AI pipeline fails to generate a report due to a technical error on our end, the credit will be restored to your account. A pipeline failure means the report was not delivered — it does not include cases where the report was delivered but you are dissatisfied with the content.
Report credits are digital goods. We do not issue cash refunds for consumed or unconsumed credits, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play. This applies to both the 2-report pack and the 15-report pack: once purchased, credit packs cannot be returned or exchanged for money.
If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, your credit will be restored. This is the sole remedy for a failed generation.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Their refund policies apply independently:
Cancelling stops future billing. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial subscription months.
To cancel on iOS: open Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, select Stock Analyzer AI, and tap Cancel Subscription, or visit Apple's cancellation page. To cancel on Android: open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel an active subscription.
You may not:
The App, its design, code, branding, and all content we produce (excluding AI-generated reports) are owned by or licensed to Stock Analyzer AI. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use reports for your own personal informational purposes. You may not republish or publicly distribute reports as investment advice, represent them as your own original research, or use them in any way that implies professional financial advisory services.
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
The App integrates with Google Firebase, RevenueCat, Sentry, Apple App Store, and Google Play. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider.
THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED REPORTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STOCK ANALYZER AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL.
WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE FULLY EXCLUDED, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) €10.00 EUR.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT INVESTING IN SECURITIES INVOLVES RISK, INCLUDING THE POSSIBLE LOSS OF PRINCIPAL. YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INVESTMENT DECISION YOU MAKE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stock Analyzer AI and its agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, violation of any law or third-party rights, or any investment decision you make based on App content.
You may delete your account via Settings > Account > Delete Account or by emailing investormind.stock@gmail.com. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Remaining credits and subscription benefits are forfeited. Cancel your subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or violated any applicable law. Upon termination for cause, you forfeit all remaining credits without refund.
Upon account termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 3, 9, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Berlin, Germany for any disputes arising under these Terms.
If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at investormind.stock@gmail.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally.
For users in the EU or UK: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the applicable consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and Stock Analyzer AI only, not Apple Inc. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims relating to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
If you downloaded the App from Google Play, these Terms are between you and Stock Analyzer AI only, and not with Google LLC.
